The Bangladesh National Qualifications Framework (BNQF), approved in 2021 by the Ministry of Education, harmonizes general education, TVET, madrasa, and higher education into a 10-level structure based on learning outcomes. Levels 1-6 cover TVET/skills (certificates/diplomas) under TMED/BTEB/DTE, while levels 7-10 address higher education under UGC. BNQF integrates NTVQF, ensuring qualification comparability, mobility, and quality assurance aligned with ASEAN QR Framework.
