Khan Mohammad Mahmud HasanKhan Mohammad Mahmud Hasan is a Senior Management professional with 18+ yrs experience and has managed departments and verticals independently in leadership roles. He has significant experience in both the Corporate and Consulting fields with an accelerated career path and honors.

An experienced Vocational Education and Training Consultant, he has a demonstrated history of working on TVET Reforms, QA & Standards, Competency standards and Curriculum Development, Instructional Design,  Institutional Strengthening, Training, Capacity building & Project Management.

As a Sr. management professional and development consultant, he has worked across different sectors- private, public and bilateral development cooperation, working with different focus groups – marginalized youth, women, disadvantaged, government & corporate professionals, etc. He has been recognized for designing capacity development initiatives and industry aligned programs.

He has been part of several projects with funding agencies like ADB, EU, ILO, USAID and World Bank.

Qualification and Experience
  •  18+ experience in livelihoods, resilience,  skill development-related program planning, management, and implementation. Hands-on working experience in market system development will add value.
  • Advanced knowledge of technical skill development and curricula development process
  • Advanced knowledge on the youth development process, national stakeholders who are working strongly with youth and government youth policies, priorities and processes, institutions, and networks.
  • Managing partnerships with a range of technical, implementing and strategic partners
  • Experience in delivering comprehensive skill development and livelihood programs.
  • Skills in leading livelihood programs in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, setting program strategies, developing implementation guidelines, preparing training curricula, facilitating training courses, and advocating for effective interventions/strategies at the national level.
  • Experiences working with different GOB sectors and ability to navigate through GoB sectoral plans to ensure systematic changes where needed.
  • Experience with working with different national and multinational private sector companies.
  • Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh context and priorities in economic empowerment and livelihoods.
