• Development and Approval of Competency Standards for Grid-Connected Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Following NSQF under GIZ Skill4SE Project: As Team Leader, DTCL, I directed the development and approval of crucial Competency Standards (Renewable Energy – Solar Panel installation and Maintainance and Enegrgy Efficiency – Boiler Installtion and Maintainance) for these vital sectors.
  • National Team Leader, Ernst & Young, Development of Curriculum Modules and Learning Materials on Grid-Connected Renewable Energy Systems, and Implementation of a Training of Trainers (ToT) Program for the Bangladesh Power Management Institute (BPMI) to Facilitate Training for Public and Private Sector Stakeholders under GIZ Skill4SE Project: In this role, I served as National Team Leader, crafting comprehensive curriculum and delivering a ToT program, enhancing capacity in Grid-Connected Renewable Energy.
  • TVET Expert of the Demand and Gap analysis of Diploma Study of BTEB under ASSET Project with DTCL: As a TVET Expert working with DTCL, I conducted a detailed Demand and Gap Analysis of diploma studies at BTEB.
  • Team Leader of Conduct the Baseline survey for the USAID Bijoyee Project as Team leader with DMA Consulting: As Team Leader, I successfully led the Baseline Survey for the USAID Bijoyee Project with DMA Consulting.
  • Development of Competency Standards three Training Modules for the Strengthening Skills and Entrepreneurship in Agro-Food Systems for the Host Communities and Rohingya People in Cox’s Bazar Project, FAO- Shushilan: I directed the development of Competency Standards and training modules (Trades: Homestead Vegetable Gardening, Firm Machine Repair Business, Home Base Agro Food Processing, Packazing, Branding, Labeling and Storing of Home Based Packaged Food, etc)   for this critical project.
  • Team Leader, 101 Competency Based Learning Materials Development under SAMAHAR Consulting Firm for NSDA: As Team Leader, I oversaw the development of a large volume of Competency Based Learning Materials for NSDA.
  • Led a research team of 16 to conduct a Tracer Study of UCEP Graduates (2019-20), gathering data and insights from industry Stakeholders to inform skills development initiative under Dobey International: I led a large research team to conduct a Tracer Study, providing valuable insights into Skills Development Initiatives.
  • Develop 18 Competency Standards, Curriculum, Competency Based Learning Materials for UCEP Bangladesh: I developed a comprehensive set of Competency Standards, curriculum, and learning materials for UCEP Bangladesh.
  • Developed Competency-Based learning materials for Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), ensuring relevant and effective skills training for various occupations: I created Competency-Based Learning Materials tailored to diverse occupations for BTEB.
  • Developed two Competency Based Learning Materials for SUDOKKHO Project under IAK Consulting Group: I contributed to the SUDOKKHO Project by developing specialized learning materials.
  • Worked as an ICT Consultant in the World Bank’s Smart City project, contributing to technology-driven advancements in urban development: I provided ICT expertise to the World Bank’s Smart City Project.
  • Designed and delivered Entrepreneurship Business Training (EBT) for trainers at Remi Holdings, equipping them to train operators and supervisors, ultimately achieving increased output: I designed and delivered training to improve operational efficiency.
  • Trained 50 individuals in business development through the SIYB Foundation, empowering them with entrepreneurial skills: I facilitated Business Development training, empowering individuals with Entrepreneurial Skills.
