Khan Mohammad Mahmud Hasan is an International TVET Consultant, educationist, and employability master trainer with over 21 years of specialized experience across national and international settings. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and an MBA in Human Resource Management, he has demonstrated leadership as a Program Manager for over 12 years. His career is dedicated to advancing competency-based training, national qualifications frameworks, and bridging the gap between academic theory and the global job market.

In recent years, his work has focused on innovative educational frameworks such as the Teacher Behavioral Enhancement & Transformation Approach (T-BETA), the Quadripartite Model of Human Behavioral Assessment (QMHBA), the AGLAS Skill Qualifications Framework (ASQF), the GEAR Learning Model, and the AIPE Model.
