I have worked on a new trainer training model called n-tire Trainer Training Model for TVET Trainers for Bangladesh in 2022. I just publish it now with some basic editing.
The N-Tire Trainer Training Model tackles limitations in traditional programs, particularly outdated curriculums, by providing a standardized yet adaptable framework for educators. This framework equips them with five key skills: core skills forming a cyclical process of design, planning, delivery, assessment, review, and facilitation; subject-specific expertise for deep knowledge in their field; supporting skills like communication and technology; and employability skills for success in the professional trainer landscape. By fostering both pedagogical expertise and the ability to translate knowledge into engaging learning experiences, this comprehensive approach empowers educators to excel in diverse educational settings.
