This paper examines the critical need for innovation in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector in Bangladesh. Drawing from global frameworks and national studies, the paper highlights challenges related to skills mismatch, limited accessibility, and evolving labor market demands. It underscores the importance of leadership, policy reform, flexible learning models, and ecosystem partnerships in fostering innovation. Finally, the paper proposes strategic interventions aligned with sustainable development goals to enhance TVET relevance and impact.
