This research paper presents the Adaptive Integrated Performance Evaluation (AIPE) Model, an innovative monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework designed to address limitations in traditional M&E approaches. AIPE prioritizes adaptability, stakeholder participation, and continuous learning, making it applicable across education, development, and training programs. Through synthesis of best practices from results-based management, logic models, performance evaluation, and learning-focused approaches, AIPE delivers a practical, context-sensitive framework that balances accountability with program improvement. This paper details the model’s conceptual foundation, structure, implementation guidelines, and evidence of effectiveness in diverse settings.
